This policy describes how the operator — SPORTFARM LLC (ООО "СПОРТФАРМ"), INN 6686164280 — processes personal data of website visitors in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. What data we receive

Name, phone, e-mail address, company name and message text — only if you have submitted an application through a form yourself. In a cooperation application, suppliers also provide the country, the company registration number, the position of the contact person, messengers, and attach files. The consent to processing of supplier data is given separately in the application form. With your consent — anonymised visit data (cookies, the Yandex Metrica service).

3. Why

To reply to the application and discuss cooperation. We do not sell or transfer the data to third parties, except as required by law.

4. How we store it

The data is stored on servers in Russia; access is limited to employees who process applications. The data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved or the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years; supplier applications — no longer than 12 months if no contract has been concluded.

5. Your rights

You may find out what data we store, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@sportfarmlab.ru. We will reply within 10 business days.

6. Purchases

The website does not accept orders or payments. Purchases are made on marketplaces (Wildberries, OZON) under their rules and policies.
